CREATURA and the ICCGS organized a socially engaged immigrant outreach art-project Shifting Ground that explored immigrants’ shifting notions of home and personal identity. This catalogue aimed to document this art-project, from start to finished, while also giving visibility to those immigrants that participated in the workshop. Balancing text and image was key, requiring strong consideration to use of space and choice of photographs.
